Very good food, service was ok. There were two of us and will go again. I can recommend it to others. Star deduction due to extended waiting time for food.

Rude staff who think they are condescending to their guests. My friends and I wanted to have coffee and cake tonight, but we were told that this is not a pastry shop. Scare away paying customers during Corona times won't help you stay afloat!

Service could / should be friendlier

Good food. It is tasty. But it is definitely not worth the prices they are asking for it. It good but super simple. This is something they ask in high end restaurants. 8 euro for one bottle of water. They are friendly. But the prices are ridiculous for the quality.

We had a very nice evening. The food was excellent and the service friendly. The price level is high. However, the price for a seven course meal was quite reasonable. The wine list is very exclusive. I would like to see more cheaper alternatives. Conclusion: People looking for a cheap pizzeria are definitely out of place here, but those who love exquisite Italian food are in good hands.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the price, I ordered normal penne arrabiata and the portion was a small portion like for children. We paid 17.50 each, which I think is a lot for a little pasta with tomato sauce. so not again ..

We stayed in Munich for a couple of days and had the pleasure of eating in this delightful and welcoming restaurant where Italian kindness, friendliness and professionalism stand out. Very high quality dishes presented in an excellent way at very low prices for what the restaurant offers, I wish anyone the opportunity to see everything, for sure it will remain our point of reference in Monaco.

Exciting. A few nights ago I had a really good time. Atmosphere, hospitality and above all exceptional cuisine. Wait for me to return.

Perfect gourmet restaurant! We were so surprised by the ingenious, creative cuisine that we made another reservation the next day. In addition, there was the humorous service and the beautiful furnishings. It was wonderful evenings!

I visited here 5 years ago and was shocked by the attitude of the lady owner and I had the same terrible experiences that customers are still complaining about now. Still the worst ever for me.

I was in Monaco for work last week and with Codiv-19 there was little open. But on a parallel of the city center I found this small and elegant restaurant with a couple of outdoor seats and I decided to eat an Italian pasta dish. I really got it right! I have already recommended it to several friends who occasionally pass by. See you in the autumn with my family. Great.

My girlfriend and I really regret to have visited this pretentious restaurant. The bad signs started even before seating when I noticed some customers complaining, I don’t speak German but there was definitely an issue. We didn't appreciate the manner of the manager, a very pushy arrogant chubby lady who hurried us to order the 2 course meal,. As soon as we ordered, the fake nice attitude faded. We received 2 prosecco never asked for them, charged 10 euro each. 8 euro for a bottle of mineral water, which is just a rip off, no matter how one tries to justify it. Although the restaurant was almost empty the first course took forever and we were offered a plate of pasta in the meanwhile. Which was of course charged, although it sounded complementary. The food in general was ok but definitely not in line with the prices. We spent almost 150€ in 2 which we don’t usually mind spending. We are used to nice and more expensive than usual restaurants, but we appreciate the consistency, so we are happy to pay a bit more to get a something more. Here we paid more but there was no added value, average meals, arrogance and pushy attitude of the owner and the overall feeling of being victim of a scam. The arrogance of the robust lady manager is confirmed by her answers to the infinite bad reviews that this restaurant has . They emphasise the fact that they are a classy restaurant thus customers have to expect to pa. However they explain this in such an arrogant way that lives lots of bitter feelings. The arrogance and cunning manner of the owners totally takes away all the attempt of being classy. We can afford pricey restaurants but is is just a rip off. People stay away from this legalised scam. Learn your manners and accept critics.

It was a nice evening, great atmosphere. We had opted for a 5-course menu, each course was in a class of its own! Italian cuisine at its finest !!! And the wine was excellent too. We love to come back when we are back in Munich.

I don't even know how this place has more than 2 stars. Probably paid for them! Most probably a tourist trap! The personnel is the rudest i ever met!!! Unbelievable! They talk up t you if you only want to get desert and drinks! Overpriced as hell. 8Euro for a water!? If you ever see this place, run!!! Save your day and your money!

By far, the worst experience i had in a restaurant or bar. I don't even know where to start! They bring you water even though you don't order it and they make you pay for it. 8 euro. If you're not hungry and you only want to have a desert and/or drink they get really angry with you and start acting really bad, even though the place was freakin' empty. Rude above the line. While i was in the man's room, the waiter kept telling to my wife stuff like: "If you don't want to eat why do you get in here? Really? Really? I wouldn't recommend this place to may worst enemy!

Beautiful evening spent in this Italian restaurant in the heart of Munich. Fantastic atmosphere impeccable cuisine always looking to revisit recipes of Italian cuisine. Very nice and kind service. The owner Maria makes you feel comfortable to spend a nice evening. Definitely go back

All around awful experience, so bad my girlfriend and I walked out without even ordering food. Both the owner and the waiter were, professionally speaking, the rudest people I’ve met in 10 years of travel abroad. From the time we walked in as a young couple we were treated secondary and made to feel very uncomfortable from the very start. The owner literally yelled at my girlfriend because she got too close to some ugly painting while taking off her jacket. The menu, which had barely any options to begin with, was overcompensating to appear fancy by charging unrealistic prices for basic dishes trumped up with more garnish than substance. The portions we saw were so small one could hardly leave satiated. The wine list, if you want to call it that, was incredibly sparse and also way over priced. They only had 2 types of champagne which started at $200/bottle and neither of which were any good. After being made to feel completely uncomfortable then being ignored entirely we decided to pay for our drinks and leave, we were then told that they only accept cash even though I had just watched the table next to us pay via credit card. When I questioned the waiter about this he became irate and started screaming at us. Bad selection , over priced food, terrible ambiance, and awful service. After walking out we went to the Mandarin Oriental down the street which provided us with an exceptional meal and fantastic service. The owner’s despicable attitude is displayed by her comments of almost every bad review, of which there are many! That is probably why she lost the Michelin star she so readily dangles in the face of anyone who gives an honest opinion. She will likely make some smug remark about how I should go to a pizza place when in reality I never mind paying well for good food/service but this restaurant offers neither. I literally left and went to one of the most expensive places in the city instead where I gladly paid handsomely for an experience that reflected the price they charged. Maybe if you listen to your patrons rather than verbally accost them your restaurant will stand a chance of staying open long enough to receive a decent review that wasn’t paid for. Maria, the owner, will have to put her insecurities and unwarranted arrogance aside if she ever wants a customer to walk out without feeling cheated.

We celebrated New Year’s Eve with the family at Galleria and I was blown away by the absolutely impeccable quality of food and service. Every single dish was perfectly balanced and delicious. We had to catch a concert and requested to have the 7 course dinner served just in time, which worked out perfectly. Their staff is very well trained, attentive and most importantly: friendly and funny. Overall, we had a great dining experience and I can’t wait to come back! This is certainly not your average Italian Restaurant as it is focused on fine-dining. Having lived in Italy for many years I can say that Galleria offers authentic Italian cuisine with a truly modern and innovative touch.

I have no idea how this restaurant got a mentioning in the Mitchellen guide. The food there to tell the truth is decent, but the service is beyond evel. During the week on a regular day they force you to ala carte menu. In addition to an absolutely unreasonable price for the food, the double charge for the drinks (water was 8 Euro) and on top of it add 3 Euro per person for a coverage! Oh, and the piece of orange in my spritz was black, either dirty or spoiled, but the owner just ignored it... Telling me about discoloration in the drink!

If there's a -1 star rating I'd give it. We were not super hungry so we ordered a few plates to share. The waiter was reluctant and tried to push us to order an appetizer and an entree per person. We said we'd leave in that case as we didn't feel like eating that much nor wasting food, and he caved in. In the end of the meal he still kept pushing a fish dish that 'he mistakenly ordered for a different table' to us. Food quality is alright but I would avoid this place at all cost.

Very good restaurant, calm distinguished where you easily find a table. They serve fine meals helping you to recover from the huge pork plates served in typical noisy, beer smelling Bavarian restaurants of the area.

Very expensive, and no clarity re prices, especially wine. Waiter confusing in our party German and Italian spoken.. Hefty charges for bread and starters we didn't want but given to understand they were included. Smallish portions and not very hot. Extremely disappointing.
